Earl Kemper, the firm's owner, is located in Lakewood, Colorado. In 2006 and 2009, Earl Kemper was the #1 Coach in the World and in 2007, 2008, and 2009 he was the #1 Coach in North America. He is a specialist in Strategic Partner Strategies and routinely applies this model to the four successful businesses he currently owns. Earl Kemper has over 30 years of business ownership and 27 years of business coaching experience, making Earl's practical knowledge and experience invaluable to his clientele. He applies a holistic view to the process of personal and business growth by addressing the human dynamics, the social context, in conjunction with sound strategies and business principles.

Sharing his time between the office in Cherry Creek and Lakewood, CO, Jeff Wilson is a certified business coach with outstanding recognition in the industry. In 2010, Jeff Wilson was the recipient of the "ActionMAN" award for ActionCOACH for embodying the essence of business coaching and the principles of ActionCOACH, and in 2009, he was the winner of the "Rookie of the Year" award from ActionCOACH for outstanding results in business. Jeff Wilson has 35 years of sales, marketing, leadership, team-building, and problem solving experience in the financial services industry. He earned his degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His 28 years of experience as a Family Wealth Advisor and 25 years as a business advisor and coach stem from his passion for helping businesses. He credits having grown up in a family business started by his grandfather in Brooklyn, NY in the early 1900’s, as the source of his passion for business and working with business owners to help them succeed.

The third Team Empowerment office is located in Colorado Springs and is managed by firm owner Chuck Kocher. Chuck has six years of business coaching experience and a proven track record with his clients. In 2010, Chuck Kocher was awarded the "Coaches' Choice Award" from ActionCOACH, which the finalists and winners are nominated by their Business Coach peers. He was the 2004 and 2005 Colorado "Action Coach of the Year," and was the 2006 "Colorado Springs Small Business Owner of the Year." Chuck has 29 years of sales, marketing, leadership, team-building, and product and business development experience in the technology and office products industries. He earned his MBA from Penn State University and his BS from Rowen University. He believes that, "Success is not just about your business, it's about your life!"
